What the Setup Fee Covers

The $2,500 setup fee for self-service websites covers development, design and content review, optimization, and launch. We handle your hosting and domain migration to ensure that everything runs smoothly—covering every detail needed for a seamless website build and launch. You'll have access to our Customer Service team throughout the entire process.

Ongoing Management Fees

We offer three options for self-service monthly management that range from $195 to $895 per month. Each option includes access to our Customer Service team, search- and mobile-optimized structures, hosting and maintenance, and short launch times.

What to Expect

As a new client, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed onboarding form to ensure that your new website and marketing foundation truly reflect your practice. This questionnaire typically takes about 90 minutes and collects the key information needed to set your project up for success, including practice details, financial and business information, brand assets, accepted insurance, and more.
